Published reference pricing for the AI-controls package.
One price for the organisation, never per seat. The published bands below are the standard package for organisations of up to 200 people. They cover Athena's three AI controls: Data Control, Secure Runtime and Sovereign Compliance.
Customers can select the modules relevant to their workflow. Algo Assurance, and any other module combination, is scoped and priced in writing under an annual agreement rather than assigned these published bands.

Prices are per organisation and based on verified headcount. Annual billing is the default; a monthly option is available on the published bands. Onboarding is assisted: we connect your first workflow with you.
Adding people within the selected band does not create additional seat charges. Larger or regulated organisations receive a custom proposal because deployment, integration, security-review, support and assurance requirements can differ materially.

Why pricing is not per seat.
The risk Athena controls is created by what AI can access and do, not by the number of people who open a dashboard. Per-seat pricing can discourage organisations from giving security, compliance, audit and operational stakeholders the access they need.
Organisation-wide reference pricing makes the commercial model easier to understand. The written proposal identifies the selected modules, integration points, responsibilities and evidence scope.

Annual agreements, scoped in writing. Digital labour platforms, regulated enterprises and delivery partners work with us under an annual agreement that starts with one workflow. The modules, scope, responsibilities, commercial terms and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing before work begins.

Larger or regulated organisations.
For pricing, a regulated organisation is one under live regulatory supervision, such as DORA, NIS2 or an equivalent regime. Handling regulated data alone does not place an organisation in this category.
Custom pricing applies to organisations with more than 200 people, regulated organisations of any size, and other deployments with requirements beyond the published bands. The proposal may take account of:
Hosted, customer-controlled cloud, on-premise or air-gapped deployment;
The number and complexity of integrations and workflows;
Identity, key-management, storage and data-residency requirements;
Security, legal, procurement and assurance reviews;
Support, service-level and operational requirements; and
The expected volume of high-risk actions and sealed evidence.
The scope, responsibilities, commercial terms and acceptance criteria are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Start with a fixed-scope pilot.
A customer may begin by scoping one real workflow and selecting the Athena modules relevant to it.
A useful scope identifies one valuable workflow, one material risk, one technical boundary, one accountable business owner and measurable acceptance criteria. Pilot timetable, price and any relationship to a later subscription are agreed in writing.
The pilot scope and price are confirmed in writing. It tests a real deployment decision and produces evidence your own reviewer inspects.
